★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom condomínio residencial. Com Boa área de lazer. Apesar do endereço ser na avenida rogaciano leite, a entrada é pela rua lateral que é sem saída é muito fácil de estacionar. Possui elevador para pessoas com alguma deficiência de locomoção ja já que não possui rampa de acesso.
A good residential condominium. With good leisure area. Although the address is on Rogaciano Leite Avenue, the entrance is through the side street that is dead end and very easy to park. It has an elevator for people with some mobility impairment as it does not have an access ramp.
