Pior Pet shop q ja usei na vida.
Buscaram meu gato (um persa) para banho e em 45 min devolveram. Mal lavado, todo umido e assustado.
Questionei que nao haviam secado direito, mostrei as patas molhadas, o rabo, embaixos das patas dianteiras e ainda discordaram!
Nao lavaram as orelhas e mal limparam os olhinhos...quem tem persa sabe que eles lacrimejam bastante ?
Pedi p fazer tosa higienica e sabe o que fizeram ? Rasparam a parte inferior da barriga ?
Os pelos estao todos embaraçados e nĂŁo tem como tirar a menos q raspe tudo !! Ele as coça e tira âtufosâ de pelos embaraçados.
Um absurdo...nao sao profissionais, nao sabem o que estao fazendo...antes de se dispor a prestar um serviço, devem se especializar, treinar e nao usar o meu animal como âcobaiaâ.
Facil vender ração e brinquedinhos...quero ver prestar um bom SERVIĂO !!

Lousy, lousy, lousy !!
Worst Pet shop I've ever used in my life.
They sought my cat (a Persian) for a bath and in 45 min they returned it. Badly washed, all wet and scared.
I questioned that they had not dried properly, I showed the wet paws, the tail, the front paw ambassadors and still disagreed!
They didn't wash their ears and barely wiped their eyes ... whoever has Persian knows that they water a lot ?
I asked for hygienic grooming and you know what they did? Shaved the lower belly barriga
The hairs are all embarrassed and there is no way to remove it unless you shave it off !! He scratches them and removes 'tufts' of tangled hair.
It is absurd ... they are not professionals, they do not know what they are doing ... before they are willing to provide a service, they must specialize, train and not use my animal as a 'guinea pig'.
Easy to sell food and toys ... I want to see a good SERVICE !!
Regrettable .... I never recommend !! ?????????????
