Eu marquei um banho e tosa para minha cachorra e eles não apareceram. Remarquei e eles não apareceram de novo e não deram mais noticias! Se não quer atender só falar que a pessoa não perde tempo esperando! Que atitude podre... Só perdi meu tempo esperando e eles nem deram notícias. Comportamento horrível. Pra que marca se não quer atender? Eu teria ido em outro pet shop! Simples.

I scheduled a bath and grooming for my dog and they didn't show up. I rescheduled and they didn't show up again and didn't give any more news! If you don't want to answer, just say that the person doesn't waste time waiting! What a rotten attitude... I just wasted my time waiting and they didn't even report. Horrible behavior. What brand if you don't want to attend? I would have gone to another pet shop! Simple.
