★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente insatisfeita. Fiz reserva pra minha pet com antecedência; no dia da minha viagem, mais cedo, como combinado, chegando lá não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Os animais sozinhos, muitos cachorros começaram a latir quando me ouviram chamar, mas não tinha ninguém.
Gasolina gastada em vão e frustração de ter que arrumar outro lugar pra minha pet em cima da hora.
Extremely dissatisfied. I made reservations for my pet in advance; on the day of my trip, earlier, as agreed, when I got there there was no one to receive us. The animals alone, many dogs started barking when they heard me call, but there was no one.
Gasoline wasted in vain and frustration of having to find another place for my pet at the last minute.
