★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banho e tosa são ótimos, mas o atendimento infelizmente deixa a desejar. E não importa quão bom seja o serviço, se o atendimento não for bom, nada adianta.
The bath and grooming are great, but the service unfortunately leaves something to be desired. And no matter how good the service is, if the service isn't good, there's no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi ruim... Levei para vacinar e não estavam sabendo dar vacina na minha cachorrinha, ela chorou muito tadinha.
Assim como não conseguiram realizar um exame de sangue na minha gatinha porque o veterinário não conseguiu achar a veia... Perfuraram 5 vezes e desistiram. Sofrimento!!!
My experience was bad ... I took it to vaccinate and they didn't know how to give my dog a vaccine, she cried a lot.
Just as they didn't get a blood test on my kitten because the vet couldn't find the vein ... They drilled 5 times and gave up. Suffering!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheço o local, mas tem mais de 10 minutos que o carro de som tá na porta de casa com uma propaganda extremamente irritante e repetitiva.
Empresa que promove poluição sonora não merece meu conceito.
Pra piorar, o carro de som é o mesmo que transporta os cachorros, expondo os animais ao stress desde que saem de casa...
I do not know the place, but it has more than 10 minutes that the car of sound is at the door of the house with an extremely irritating and repetitive advertisement.
A company that promotes noise pollution does not deserve my concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar pra levar seu animal, levei minha cachorra pra tomar banho e dês então começou a minha luta, eles queimaram a retina dela, não me deram assistência o atendente super mal educado, nenhum deles fizeram questão de nada a minha cachorra já perdeu a visão do outro olhinho. É um absurdo pq a minha cachorra nunca teve nada com 12 anos é a primeira vez q fica doente e por causa de um povo sem responsabilidade e sem caráter igual a desse lugar . Não confiem gente.
Worst place to take your pet, I took my dog to bathe and then my fight started, they burned her retina, they didn't assist me, the super rude attendant, none of them insisted on anything, my dog has lost her sight the other eye. It is absurd because my dog has never had anything with 12 years is the first time q gets sick and because of a people without responsibility and without character like that of this place. Don't trust people.

If I could, I would give zero! Zero sympathy customer service, I had to reschedule a bath for my little dog due to a medical problem and the service was horrible! I will never contract anything again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está semana mandei meu cachorro pela primeira vez para banho e tosa nesse lugar e pra nunca mais. Meu cachorro voltou com uma queimadura no rosto q chegou a dar bolha. Mesmo com tantas recomendações pois se trata de um cachorro bem idoso está nítido pelo comportamento depois q foi entregue aqui na minha casa q ele foi maltrado nesse lugar. Sou cliente a anos da casa de ração, mas para outros serviços realmente não presta.
This week I sent my dog for the first time to bathe and groom in this place and never again. My dog came back with a burn on his face that gave blisters. Even with so many recommendations because it is a very old dog is clear by the behavior after q was delivered here to my house q he was mistreated in this place. I've been a customer of the feed house for years, but for other services it really doesn't work.
