★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo. Ainda podem fazer melhorias na área externa (que já é muito boa), mas é uma excelente loja, completa, com tudo o que seu pet precisa. Só não vou lá mais vezes, porque moro muito longe. Porém, para quem mora na Zona Norte, é perfeito. Bem localizado e em uma área central para toda a Zona Norte. Aproveitem o que a Zona Norte oferece de bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que falar dessa Petz? Olha, na sinceridade eu nunca tinha entrado em uma Petshop como a Petz da Zona Norte da cidade de Natal/RN.
Os atendentes são sensacionais, muito educados e prestativos; o ambiente quando visitei, estava extremamente limpo e organizado; lá tem de tudo para o seu Pet: Petiscos, rações, brinquedos, produtos para adestramento, ? e camas para o seu Pet, aquários, até animaizinhos encontramos lá, tem de tudo kkk, podem acreditar e o preço é compatível com o mercado, não é caro como em outros locais.
Bom, é um local que eu aconselho para quem tem ou quer ter um pet conhecer, vale a pena conferir.
Um abraço a toda família Petz, vocês estão de parabéns ??

The attendants are sensational, very polite and helpful; the environment when I visited was extremely clean and organized; There's everything for your Pet: Snacks, rations, toys, dressage products, ? and beds for your Pet, aquariums, even little animals we find there, there's everything kkk, believe me and the price is compatible with the market, It's not expensive like other places.
Well, it's a place that I recommend to anyone who has or wants to have a pet, it's worth checking out.

Na minha visita ao estabelecimento fiquei um pouco perdido a respeito de tirar dúvidas sobre alguns produtos, pois havia pouquíssimos funcionárias presentes, mas procurei e encontrei um que pudesse me ajudar, ele foi bastante solicito, explicou a respeito do produto e até me ofereceu opções de como conseguir descontos. Um lugar climatizado, bem calmo, com estacionamento e diversas opções voltadas para seu pet e jardinagem. Questão de preço, um pouco "salgadinho", mas vale a pena dar uma olhadinha rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente mal atendida ontem pelo funcionário “João”, fui efetuar uma troca e o mesmo me disse que eu não poderia fazer a troca pelo fato da compra ter sido feita na outra unidade do Petz aqui em Natal, até questionei, mas o indivíduo me respondeu de forma arrogante e debochada, eu havia saído rapidamente de casa por causa do horário que já estava próximo de fechar a loja e fui com a roupa que eu estava em casa, talvez tenha me julgado por não estar tão “bem vestida”, então fui eu desesperada da zona norte para a outra loja na Av. Salgado filho que fica bem distante, pois precisava dá a medicação ao meu pet ontem mesmo, ao chegar lá fui atendida de forma excelente e descobri que ele podia sim efetuar minha troca, a troca podia ter sido feita naquela unidade sim, mas o funcionário simplesmente se recusou a fazer e ainda me tratou extremamente mal.
