★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei a loja nova, o único problema que eu achei é que ela é bem pequena e não tinha a ração que eu queria pro meu cachorro mas é bem limpa e muito organizada, os funcionários são bem humorados e especialista no assunto de cuidar dos animais, voltarei mais vezes!
I loved the new store, the only problem I found is that it's very small and didn't have the food I wanted for my dog but it's very clean and very organized, the staff are humorous and specialist in the subject of animal care, I will come back more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro demais. Dá a sensação de enganação, na loja é um preço, aí você mostra no site e eles abatem o preço… isso faz o atendimento demorar muito, complicado comprar em lugar assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é nova, inaugurou bem recentemente no momento em que avalio. Não tem nada que as outras lojas tenham a não ser a farmácia pet. Não tem veterinário, não tem pet shop nem espaço para feirinha de adoção. A parte de produtos de jardinagem é minúscula e até o Pão de açúcar que nem é do ramo tem muito mais variedade. Caríssima, um brinquedinho bem básico pra gatos que paguei R$8,00 numa outra unidade, nessa custa mais de R$20,00. Funcionários atenciosos, mas tem horas que exageram na dose e irritam. Uma funcionária ficou atrás de mim nos corredores enquanto eu fazia compras, praticamente exigindo que eu baixasse o App da Petz. Outros ficaram atrás de mim de guarda e brincando enquanto eu comprava no espaço de jardinagem. E por fim, no caixa. Meu cartão está com problemas e tive de pagar em dinheiro. Na HORA a funcionária FECHOU A CARA dizendo pra outra verificar, porque ela ODIAVA receber em dinheiro, péssima postura. Como disseram, falta gerência, alto nível de brincadeira dos funcionários.
The store is new, opened very recently at the time I assess. There's nothing that other stores have except the pet pharmacy. There is no veterinarian, no pet shop or space for an adoption fair. The gardening products part is tiny and even the Sugar Loaf (Pão de Açúcar) that isn't even in the field has much more variety. Expensive, a very basic toy for cats that I paid R$8.00 in another unit, this one costs more than R$20.00. Attentive staff, but there are times that overdose and irritate. An employee stood behind me in the aisles while I shopped, practically demanding that I download the Petz App. Others stayed behind me guarding and playing while I shopped in the garden space. And finally, at the cash register. My card is broken and I had to pay cash. At the HOUR the employee CLOSED HER FACE telling another to check, because she HATED receiving cash, terrible posture. As they said, lack of management, high level of joke from employees.

Assim que entrei na loja a atendente não saia de traz de mim, além de ser super desconfortável porque parece que estão achando que vamos roubar algo, a atendente ficou explicando sobre o aplicativo da petz para ativar cupom para desconto, enfim, baixei o aplicativo lá mesmo, com o interesse de comprar algo que EU QUEIRA, ela simplesmente se intrometeu e começou a mexer no meu celular. Até então, continuei com educação! Mas não havia necessidade de comprar nada utilizando o cupom do aplicativo pois não tinha biscoitos para adultos, só filhotes. Depois de muito, ela saiu do de traz de mim e eu consegui escolher os biscoitos que gostaria para meus cachorros. E tem mais, a operadora do caixa super mal educada, ficou brava por eu ter pago em dinheiro e ela não tinha troco. Enquanto eu estava no caixa a menina ainda veio me questionar porque eu não daria meu cpf pra “ganhar descontinho” sendo que eu não “ganharia descontinho”, ainda ficaram se olhando como se eu estivesse errada em não dar meu cpf, fiquei extremamente constrangida. No final, fiquei aguardando a caixa com o troco, super mal educada. Nunca fui tão mal atendida na minha vida! Péssimo lugar! Precisando de uma orientação e supervisão urgente, onde já se viu ficar falando que não tem troco e ainda ficar reclamando que o cliente pagou em dinheiro! Porque aceitou o dinheiro então? Se realmente não tivesse troco, como ela conseguiu no estoque? No final ela conseguiu o troco, estava com preguiça de trocar? A outra queria que eu comprasse biscoito de filhote só porque ela queria? pra ativar cupom e colocar meu cpf? Ainda no final ainda deu as moedas e falou “É O QUE TEM”, como se fosse culpada de pagar em dinheiro. Assim que cheguei já fui cercada e fiquei rondada pela atendente! Experiência assustadora!
Bad experience! As soon as I entered the store, the attendant didn't leave behind me, besides being super uncomfortable because they seem to think we're going to steal something, the attendant kept explaining about the petz app to activate the discount coupon, anyway, I downloaded the app there even, with the interest of buying something I WANT, she just intruded and started messing with my cell phone. Until then, I continued with education! But there was no need to buy anything using the app coupon as there were no cookies for adults, only puppies. After a long time, she came out of the back of me and I was able to choose the cookies I would like for my dogs. And there's more, the super rude cashier, she was mad that I paid in cash and she didn't have change. While I was at the cashier, the girl still came to ask me why I wouldn't give my CPF to “get a discount” since I wouldn't “get a discount”, they still looked at each other as if I was wrong for not giving my CPF, I was extremely embarrassed. In the end, I was waiting for the cashier with the change, super rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! Bad place! In need of urgent guidance and supervision, where you've seen yourself saying there's no change and still complaining that the customer paid in cash! Why did you take the money then? If she really didn't have change, how did she get it in stock? In the end she got the change, was she too lazy to change? The other wanted me to buy puppy cookies just because she wanted to? to activate coupon and put my cpf? At the end, she still gave the coins and said “THIS IS THE ONE”, as if she were guilty of paying in cash. As soon as I arrived I was surrounded and I was surrounded by the attendant! Scary experience!
