Primeiramente o atendimento deixou a desejar, não eram nada simpáticos nem receptivos. Meu atendimento foi marcado com antecedência mas o profissional que me atendeu, Peuh, estava muito apressado, realizou o corte no cabelo em menos de 10 minutos, após o corte não passou o secador nem p tirar os cabelos que ficaram presos no pescoço, faltou profissionalismo em executar o seu serviço que nada foi de excelência, talvez por se tratar de uma idosa q ao seu ver não conhece um bom serviço e um bom atendimento. Uma pena!!!
I looked for the salon through references from friends, I found the environment pleasant, comfortable, with good parking, but in relation to the service I didn't have a good experience. Firstly, the service left something to be desired, they were neither friendly nor receptive. My appointment was made in advance but the professional who attended me, Peuh, was in a hurry, he cut the hair in less than 10 minutes, after the cut he didn't use the dryer or remove the hair that was stuck in the neck, it lacked professionalism in performing her service that was not excellent, perhaps because she is an elderly woman who, in her opinion, does not know a good service and a good service. A feather!!!
