Nunca mais compro nada nessa loja, péssimo atendimentoao consumidor.
Ponto Frio de Manhuaçú, I had a terrible service, by the seller Raphael, hung up the phone in my face, with my complaint about the 2,299.00 washing machine that was purchased on December 7 until the moment it was not delivered. I never buy anything at this store again, bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um computador na loja e nao tinha,so encomendasa ai encomendei passou do dia e nao entregaram fui na loja reclamar so tinha de mostruario infelismente peguei,computador veio faltando as tomadas voltei la e reclamei pediram pra mim volta com o computador depois fui pra casa ai ligo o pc e tem senha tive q voltar reclamei q o computador estava com senha tirarao a senha, tive o pior atendimento nessa loja nunca mais compro um bala nesse ponto frio falta de respeito com o consumidor si pudesse nao dava nenhuma estrela essa loja, hoje em dia so compro pela internet com vendedores qualificados
I bought a computer at the store and I didn't have it, I just ordered it, I ordered it passed the day and they didn't deliver it I went to the store to complain I just had to show it, unfortunately I took it, the computer came missing the plugs I went back there and complained they asked me to come back with the computer then I went home then I turn on the pc and it has a password I had to go back I complained that the computer had a password, the password will be removed, I had the worst service in this store I never buy a candy in this cold spot. I only buy online with qualified sellers today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da minha vida comprei um celular na loja de Manhuaçu mg com defeito foi feita 3 vezes tentativa de troca ou reembolso e nada feito ,consegui mandar para garantia e tudo bem foi constatado o problema que realmente saiu com defeito aí fizeram reembolso do valor pago que automaticamente deveria ter cancelado o carnê , resultado jogaram meu nome no Serasa alegando que devo na loja 1300$ sendo que nunca devo nada a eles e tento entrar em contato com a loja e ninguém me atende , lamentável situação vindo de uma loja tão grande !
Worst experience of my life I bought a cell phone at the store in Manhuaçu mg with a defect, an attempt was made to exchange or refund 3 times and nothing was done, I managed to send it for warranty and it was ok the problem was found that really came out defective there they refunded the amount paid which automatically should have canceled the booklet, as a result they threw my name at Serasa claiming that I owe the store 1300$ and I never owe them anything and I try to contact the store and no one answers me, unfortunate situation coming from such a big store!
