Todos os seus vendedores sĂŁo instruĂdos a vender o a garantia estendida sem o consentimento do cliente cadĂȘ os ĂłrgĂŁos de defesa do consumidor?
Sem contar na falta de respeito dos vendedores para com os clientes.
Os vendedores tratam os clientes com sarcasmo e, ironia. Como se tivessem fazendo um favor em atender os clientes sendo que sĂŁo os clientes que contribuem para o pagamento dos salĂĄrios deles.
Sem contar uma operadora de caixa que no momento nĂŁo me lembro o nome dela.
Toda vez que vou na loja ela passa de duas a trĂȘs pessoas na minha frente.
Não recomendo a loja ponto frio de Nova Lima Minas gerais para ninguém.

Are all your salespeople instructed to sell the extended warranty without the customer's consent, where are the consumer protection agencies?
Not to mention the lack of respect from salespeople towards customers.
Salespeople treat customers with sarcasm and irony. As if they were doing a favor in serving the customers, being the customers who contribute to the payment of their salaries.
Not to mention a cashier who at the moment I don't remember her name.
Every time I go to the store, there are two to three people in front of me.
I would not recommend the Ponto Frio store in Nova Lima Minas Gerais to anyone.

Horrible experience, I made a purchase 8/22 they had to deliver until 9/1/09 and until today 9/10 I haven't received a cell phone that I bought and paid in cash. AFTER discovering several people complaining that the store doesn't deliver.aff I don't recommend it. My purchase went to work and they do not solve anything

â â â â â Cinco estrelas se o atendimento for pelos vendedores mais velhos, principalmente, a Regina. Se depender dos mais novos, rapidinho fecha essa unidade.
Five stars if service is provided by older sellers, especially Regina. If it depends on the younger ones, quickly close this unit.

Tentei conversar com a vendedora como poderia ser feito e ela me informou que nada... infelizmente! Ainda falam assim... um absurdo!
