Se fosse pela minha experiência nesse estabelecimento, eu nunca teria adquirido uma BMW. ( eles sequer tinham lubrificante para a corrente da moto... eu fiquei com vergonha alheia)
Nobody answered the call, if it weren't for an attendant trying to help me, I would say the place is terrible. If it were my experience at that establishment, I would never have purchased a BMW. (they didn't even have lubricant for the bike chain ... I was embarrassed by others)

Há dias tentando falar com a Camila, consultora de Serviços, para resolver uma situação referente a troca de um retrovisor da X1 mas ainda sem sucesso. Muito difícil contato. Pelo jeito tem que ir na concessionária todas as vezes que surgir uma necessidade. Lamentável.
