★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina de lavar desse cidadão que se diz ser de bem, me enrolou uns 3 meses pra diagnosticar o problema, quando veio me devolver o dinheiro veio de devolver de 100 e 50, mesmo assim aceitei e deixei seguir, parou de me pagar e Agora não me atende e não atende nenhum telefone em qual já mantive contato com o mesmo.

Experiência horrível, a pior possível! O profissional passou dois dias para fazer um serviço em minha geladeira, prometendo 90 dias de garantia, e no mesmo dia, após o pagamento, a geladeira apresentou o mesmo problema. Desde então venho numa luta para entrar em contato com ele novamente para devolução pelo menos parcial do valor e ele está há mais de uma semana enrolando dizendo que vai fazer e não faz! Não teve o menor profissionalismo e empatia em cobrar por um serviço que não fez!!!!

Horrible experience, the worst possible! The professional spent two days doing a service on my fridge, promising 90 days of warranty, and on the same day, after payment, the fridge had the same problem. Since then I've been struggling to get in touch with him again for at least a partial refund and he's been stalling for over a week saying he's going to do it and he doesn't! He didn't have the slightest professionalism and empathy in charging for a service he didn't do!!!!

No dia 23/02 o colaborador veio recolher o aparelho pra concerto.
No dia seguinte retornou com o mesmo E FICOU DE ME ENVIAR O DOCUMENTO DE 1 ANO DE GARATIA DO CONSERTO OU DEIXAR NA PORTARIA DO MEU CONDOMÍNIO, MAS ISSO NÃO FOI FEITO.
No dia 24/02 identifiquei que algumas funções do painel não obedeciam ao comando...teclas por sua vez, que estavam funcionando antes do defeito.
(O defeito foi na parte de força)!
Relatei o ocorrido e até hoje espero a visita do colaborador para verificar.
Várias tentativas de contato , muitas delas sem retorno e outras com promessas de visita que não foram cumpridas.
Dia 03 de maio realizei um novo contato, pois o problema piorou no aparelho( estalo forte no painel) como ainda estou na garantia tenho direito a revisão.
Desse dia até hoje 09/05 não tive retorno.
Não recebi meu recibo de garantia.
Vou ficar no prejuízo?

I received an employee from this company to check the defect in my microwave on 02/22, a budget was made
On 02/23, the employee came to collect the device for the concert.
The next day he returned with the same AND HAD TO SEND ME THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY DOCUMENT FOR THE REPAIR OR LEAVE IT AT MY CONDOMINIUM GATEWAY, BUT IT WAS NOT DONE.
On 02/24 I identified that some functions of the panel did not obey the command...keys in turn, which were working before the defect.
(The defect was in the strength part)!
I reported what happened and to this day I wait for the employee to visit to verify.
Several attempts to contact, many of them with no return and others with promises to visit that were not fulfilled.
On May 03 I made a new contact, because the problem got worse in the device (sound click on the panel) as I'm still under warranty I'm entitled to a review.
From that day until today 09/05 I have not had a response.
I did not receive my warranty receipt.
Will I be at a loss?
