Não tem nota fiscal,r comprei uma roupa, estava com defeito voltei até a loja para efetuar a troca me trataram com falta de respeito ao cliente, me disseram que não eram obrigado a efetuar troca, que nao iriam trocar por outro produto. Informei que eu iria ter que acionar PM o Gerente me disse que se eu quisesse chamar poderia chamar... Só trocaram depois que a PM chegou e eu já iria fazer B.O . Enfim, não recomendo, uma falta respeito ao consumidor.
Lousy service. There is no invoice, r I bought a clothes, it was defective I went back to the store to make the exchange they treated me with a lack of respect for the customer, they told me that they were not obliged to make a change, that they would not exchange it for another product. I informed that I would have to call PM the Manager told me that if I wanted to call I could call ... They only changed after the PM arrived and I was going to do B.O. Anyway, I do not recommend, a lack of respect for the consumer.
