★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é bom. Os brindes são uma surpresa agradavel mas é extremamente DESORGANIZADO! A começar pelo fato de não ter recebido o ultimo recibo de pagento. A viagem foi marcada pra sair as 5h da manhã. O onibus chegou 20 min atrasado e ficou pegando um a um passageiros até as 9h da manhã quando enfim saiu. A todo momento o roteiro era mudado de ultima hora, chegando ao cumulo de nos avisar que iriamos a uma cachoeira e no meio do trajeto mudar pra trilha em caverna sendo que estavamos com roupa de banho e nao com tenis e roupas de trilha. Tive problemas com o hotel e o agente de viagens nao resolveu NADA. Pra completar na volta foi deixado todos os passageiros foram deixados em casa menos eu e meus amigos. O dono sugeriu nos deixar num ponto escuro da BR altamente perigoso e tivemos que brigar pra ele nos deixar num posto de gasolina. O argumento foi que nao poderia mudar a rota de ultima hora... Mas ele tinha o endereço de cada pessoa! Primeira e ultima viagem com essa agência.
The price is good. Toasts are a nice surprise but it is extremely DISORGANIZED! Starting with the fact that he did not receive the last bill of payment. The trip was scheduled to leave at 5:00 in the morning. The bus arrived 20 min late and was caught one by one passengers until 9:00 am when it finally left. At all times the script was changed at the last minute, arriving at the summit to warn us that we would go to a waterfall and in the middle of the path change to cave trail being that we were in bathing clothes and not with tennis and clothes of trail. I had problems with the hotel and the travel agent resolved nothing. To complete on the back was left all the passengers were left at home except me and my friends. The owner suggested that we leave a dark spot in the highly dangerous BR and we had to fight him to leave us at a gas station. The argument was that he could not change the route last minute ... But he had the address of each person! First and last trip with this agency.
