★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela profissional Érika Rayana e recebi meus produtos de forma tão cuidadosa e delicada que fiquei feliz. Um dos meus manipulados precisava vir de forma gelada para não derreter e eles fizeram questão de enviá-lo em uma caixinha de isopor com 2 bolsinha de gelo. Achei maravilhoso o cuidado com o cliente.
I was attended by professional Érika Rayana and received my products in such a careful and delicate way that I was happy. One of my manipulated products needed to come cold so it wouldn't melt and they insisted on sending it in a Styrofoam box with 2 ice bags. I thought the customer care was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprava na Avena há algum tempo. Assim, eu pedi para manipularem duas fórmulas, e ambas vieram com algumas cápsulas grudadas, o que fez com que eu perdesse algumas dessas cápsulas. Mandei mensagem pedindo uma solução. A resposta deles é que nas próximas vezes eu teria que coloca-las na geladeira. Nunca mais compro nada com eles. Eles são ótimos para vender, mas são muito ruins no pós-venda.
I shopped at Avena for some time. So, I asked them to manipulate two formulas, and both came with some capsules stuck together, which caused me to lose some of those capsules. I sent a message asking for a solution. Their answer is that next time I would have to put them in the fridge. I will never buy anything from them again. They're great for selling, but they're really bad after-sales.
