★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via tel fixo e whatsapp.Nao respeitam o cliente.
Fiz uma medicação no sábado e quando foi na segunda não pude ir buscar fiquei desde as 10:30 da manhã tentando falar com o fixo e mandando mensagens via whatsapp e só me responderam mais de 24 h depois.Absurdo.Tive q ir lá buscar .
Me poupe.Isso e uma farmácia.
 Bad service via landline and whatsapp. They do not respect the customer.
I took a medication on Saturday and when it was on Monday I could not fetch it since 10:30 am trying to talk to the landline and sending messages via whatsapp and only answered me more than 24 h later.Absurdo.T I had to go there to fetch it.
Save me. This is a pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desrespeitoso. Não recomendo. Solicitei cápsula vazia de 1.5 cm. Veio uma cápsula de 2 cm. Acredito que houve ma fé pois pedi a segunda menor cápsula e veio a maior. Isso td pq falei pq era p meu gato. Não é pq é animal que devemos submeter a tratamento cruel. Simplesmente desrespeitoso!
Disrespectful service. I do not recommend. I ordered an empty 1.5 cm capsule. A 2 cm capsule came. I believe there was a bad faith because I ordered the second smallest capsule and the biggest one came. That all because I said because it was my cat. It is not because it is an animal that we must undergo cruel treatment. Simply disrespectful!

Se oferecem serviço de entrega , deveriam cumprir e respeitar seus próprios prazos de entrega , e não o cliente adivinhar a hora q decidem entregar. Se não conseguem se organizar para fazer entrega, então não ofereçam! Uma bagunça total.
Bad service provision. They mark one thing, do another. If they offer a delivery service, they should meet and respect their own delivery times, not the customer guess the time they decide to deliver. If you can't organize to deliver, then don't offer! A total mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e entrega péssimos, já sou cliente da farmácia já tem uns anos e posso dizer que caiu muito a qualidade na entrega do produto. Fiz um pedido de um medicamento que tem validade de dois meses e a farmácia atrasou a entrega, a conclusão é que vou ter que jogar boa parte de medicamento no lixo e o meu dinheiro vai junto já que o remédio chegou com atraso de dois dias. Concerteza não faço mas nenhum pedido com vocês, extremamente chateada, você paga com antecedência e não recebe um cuidado e preocupação com seu pedido de medicamento.
