I like face-to-face service, but when I need to call they almost never answer, you have to improve on that.

Ao ligarmos somos transferidos para um atendimento remoto que não sabe NADA do estoque da loja. Queria fazer uma compra presencial,mas esse atendimento péssimo e atrasadíssimo não tinha como saber da disponibilidade. Para péssimo tem que melhorar.
The establishment is good, the problem is the lack of contact to find out about the availability of a drug. When we call, we are transferred to a remote service that does not know ANYTHING about the store's stock. I wanted to make a purchase in person, but this terrible and very late service had no way of knowing the availability. For bad it has to improve.
