THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE STORE TO MAKE AN ORDER WHICH IS IN FRONT. Generally there is no change in the box that is in front. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SERVICE TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE STORE TO CHANGE MONEY. I TALKED ABOUT IT WITH EMPLOYEE ISIS (IT WAS THE NAME THAT GIVEN ME) SHE BEGAN TO DISCUSS WITH ME AND THEN ANOTHER EMPLOYER CAME AND CAME TO DISCUSS WITH ME BECAUSE OF A TAPE. A STORE LIKE THIS IS TO HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN EDUCATED WITH ITS CUSTOMERS BEING THAT WE HAVE DROGASIL, POUPAFARMA, RAY NEAR HOME. I regret to have to complain, but I think that the supervisor should train more of its employees to respect customers.

Certamente escolhi errado devido o layout do celular que apareceu somente o nome da primeira substância. Assim que recebi o pedido solicitei a troca, visto que não serviria e o valor seria de 98,30 reais. O funcionário que me respondeu , não só negou a troca como me desejou " de coração " que minha futuras experiências com eles fossem melhores. Fiquei impressionado não com a negativa , mas com tamanha ironia, visto que somente solicitei uma troca devido um engano comum. Liguei na farmácia e conversei com funcionário Anderson, somente falei do engano do medicamento e que precisava trocar. Com muita educação , compreensão e dedicação tentou resolver o meu problema e resolveu, porém mesmo que não resolvesse ainda assim mereceria o elogio. A imagem que o funcionário passa ao cliente é a imagem que fica da empresa , e em pouco tempo mudei a péssima imagem que tinha para uma boa imagem, mas certamente não comprarei novamente online (ifood).
