Preciso pra amanhã a medicação pq usarei 5 dias antes de um procedimento que já está marcado. Aqui fala que o horário é ate 19h. São 18:30 e ninguem atende. Agora estou sem a receita pra fazer em outro ligar, sem produto, sem orçamento....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja de Boa Viagem é excelente, mas parece que eles sempre perdem seu pedido, sempre que solicito alguma manipulação de medicamento tenho problema, atraso na entrega, confusão com o pedido, deveriam melhorar essa parte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do acolhimento da atendente, ela foi super grossa comigo sem necessidade, inclusive a outra atendente e a farmacêutica que estava no momento viram a situação que foi causada. E no final, usando de todo o deboche, ainda me disse: Vai querer fazer? E me devolveu a receita. Achei péssima. Em relação a outros pontos, como entrega realizada em data esperada, encaminhamento para a pharmapele que foi solicitada por mim, tudo certo.
