Fechei o serviço com Pedro em junho e até a presente data não concluiu. O Jardim vertical em 3D e o muro em 3D estourou toda a pintura na primeira chuva. Enviei fotos e solicitei reparação e não fui atendida. Desisti de fazer a textura devido ao serviço prestado ser caro e de péssima qualidade e até a presente data, Pedro não veio resolver e nem fez a devolução do valor da textura. Já me mudei e sinto um desgosto profundo ao olhar o jardim e o muro da minha casa. Realmente, o pesadelo da obra! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!!!
*** Então, PHDECOR, em resposta eu te digo, essa data de devolução dos valores foi a última que nos deu. A primeira foi adiada semana após semana de dezembro, depois passou para janeiro e agora já está em final de fevereiro, vamos ver se agora recebemos o valor ou se o prazo se estenderá novamente. Em relação ao serviço de pintura apresentado nas fotos, ainda aguardo uma data para ser resolvido.
Fique a vontade para apresentar suas provas para que eu também apresente as minhas, inclusive os prints do instagram prestando serviço em outros locais ao mesmo tempo em que nos dizia estar com problemas de saúde, acredito que por esse motivo, pelos nossos questionamentos a esse respeito, vc nos bloqueou.

I closed the service with Pedro in June and to date it has not concluded. The 3D vertical garden and the 3D wall blew out all the paint in the first rain. I sent photos and asked for repair and was not answered. I gave up on making the texture due to the service provided being expensive and of poor quality and to date, Pedro has not come to solve it and has not refunded the value of the texture. I have already moved and I feel a deep displeasure when looking at the garden and the wall of my house. Really, the nightmare of the work! I do not recommend at all!!!
