Quando aluguei tinham me dito: " tire foto de tudo, eles cobram tudo perfeito"...não achei que seria possível e passei por isso. Pedem pagamento de rescisão em dinheiro, dizendo que não tem pix, ou boleto...NÃO RECOMENDO PÉSSIMA IMOBILIÁRIA!
Terrible real estate, you need to be very careful with the reports, everything is always in perfect condition... when many times it isn't... I would never indicate! When I rented I was told: "take a picture of everything, they charge everything perfect"...I didn't think it would be possible and I went through it. They ask for payment of termination in cash, saying they don't have pix, or billet... I DON'T RECOMMEND BAD REAL ESTATE!
