★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das meninas é péssimo tanto presencialmente com pelo What's, isso quando respondem né porque a pessoa manda um arquivo que quer fazer algo, manda mensagem para perguntar se eles fazem e elas visualizam e não respondem. Absurdo ignorar o cliente assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu smartphone foi consertado e ficou em perfeito estado mas não pelo valor original que o técnico após levar meu aparelho, atendimento via whatsapp é péssimo demorarão horas para me responder e assim que eu respondia á eles já ficavam offline e o técnico responsável ainda deixou meu aparelho com problema no chip com promessa de que iria achar uma nova bandeja mas até hoje nada

Fui no local para realizar a troca da tela de um celular primeiro a atendente me passou um valor e perguntei se podia dividir e ela disse que sim em até 6x de tanto, no outro dia quando fui buscar o celular percebi um valor mais elevado quando perguntei se tinha jutos para dividir a moça falou que não e disse que avista era um valor, mas divido aumentava o valor, ou seja, ela me passou um valor maior sem me avisar de má fé. Qua do recebei o celular ela testou a tela e tudo bem, porém quando cheguei em casa e comecei a usar percebi que a tela tinha lugares que não conseguia clicar e logo em seguida a tela começou a rechear justo aonde estava rachada quando pedi pra troca, levei na loja para eles trocarem a tela na garantia e disseram que não cobria. Atendimento péssimo e valores absurdos. Não recomendo para ninguém

When I received the cell phone she tested the screen and it was ok, but when I got home and started using it I noticed that the screen had places I couldn't click and right after the screen started to fill up right where it was cracked when I asked for a change, I took it to the store so they could change the screen under warranty and they said it didn't cover it. Terrible service and absurd values. I don't recommend it to anyone
