Levei um celular com problema de carregamento (nenhum outro problema), quando fui receber o celular, disseram que não tinha jeito, a placa estava comprometida, porém eu liguei o celular e o touchscreen não funcionava mais. Eu, não conformado, levei o celular a outra assistência, e pedi para o técnico abrir na minha frente e lá ele constatou que o cabo flat da tela com algumas conexões cortadas. Irresponsabilidade total dessa loja. E eles ainda defenderam o bandido do técnico que fez essa besteira.

I took a cellphone with a charging problem (no other problem), when I went to receive the cellphone, they said there was no way, the card was compromised, but I turned on the cellphone and the touchscreen no longer worked. I, not resigned, took the phone to another assistance, and asked the technician to open it in front of me and there he found that the flat cable of the screen with some connections cut off. Total irresponsibility of this store. And they even defended the bandit of the technician who did this bullshit.

Chorei muito com tudo que aconteceu pois não tinha o dinheiro pra comprar o celular meus pais que mim deram. Até hoje tento entrar em contato com eles e nada. Se alguém mim poder passa o contato deles ficarei agradecida
