★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo. Estava com uma peça reservada com eles e eles passaram a diante sem me avisar. Fiquei bem chateado com a falta de ética e profissionalismo do estabelecimento.
 Lousy service. I do not recommend. I had a piece reserved with them and they went ahead without telling me. I was very upset with the lack of ethics and professionalism of the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram até muito solícitos no atendimento inicial, porém nem 6 meses depois minha câmera voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema, aceitaram ver ela novamente, me entregaram como reparada e uma semana depois tornou a dar o mesmo problema. Uma situação meio complicada depois de pagar mais de R$1500,00 num serviço.
They were very helpful in the initial service, but not 6 months later my camera again had the same problem, agreed to see it again, delivered me as repaired and a week later gave the same problem again. A somewhat complicated situation after paying more than $ 1500.00 in a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço de assistência e atendimento pelo Sérgio. Estava com uma lente Nikon que molhou e outras assistências disseram não ter conserto. Na Photo 43 a lente foi consertada e está melhor do que antes.
Excellent service and assistance by Sérgio. I had a Nikon lens that got wet and other assistance said it couldn't be fixed. On Photo 43 the lens has been fixed and is better than before.

Photo 43 fixed the problem in one afternoon! I was very lucky to find them in Rio! Thanks very much. You saved my vacation!
