I always make glasses in this way. There is not a wide variety of frames but the service is good and I can always count on them for small repairs and maintenance. They are quite helpful. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um relógio de pulso na ÓTICA PAULISTANA para trocar a pilha, devido ao horário de trabalho, deixei para pegar noutro dia.
Tiveram o dia todo para executar o trabalho com calma e esmero .
Chegando em casa ao tentar acertar o horário verifiquei que o botão para girar os ponteiros está duro, sendo que antes deslizava sem problemas.
Dá impressão de terem fechado o relógio com tanta força que prejudicou o botão .
E assim vão perdendo cliente e também indicações de amigos.
I left a wristwatch at ÓTICA PAULISTANA to change the battery, due to working hours, I left it to pick it up another day.
They had all day to do the job calmly and carefully.
When I got home when trying to set the time, I noticed that the button to turn the hands is hard, and that before it slid without problems.
It looks like they closed the watch so hard it hurt the button.
And so they lose customers and also referrals from friends.

Imagina você comprar um cartão de memória pra ter espaço pras tirar suas fotos e quando leva pra loja técnica fazer o backup eles te devolvem outro cartão e ainda dizem que está vazio por defeito de fábrica!
Daí você explica que seu cartão não é aquele, que o seu estava cheio de fotos e que comprou ele exatamente nessa loja. O atendente desconfia de você e diz que não vende aquele modelo na loja. Você ri ou chora??
Eu percebi que era outro cartão e aleguei que tenho o comprovante da compra do meu e que queria minhas fotos e meu cartão! O atendente disse que vai tentar encontrar, mas que não é culpa dele se não resolver. Ah, pediu pra ver o comprovante de compra (só pra ter certeza que eu não to mentindo....). Nessas horas a gente respira muuuuuuuuito fundo!!! Eu disse que tinha e tenho!
Ainda levei a embalagem do produto que guardei por sorte, pra ele ver que não era o mesmo modelo do que me mostrou. Falei que no mínimo se não acharem eu quero um cartão novo! E isso não é favor, é o mínimo!!! Vejam...eu paguei caro pelo produto e ainda vou ficar sem minhas fotos!
Agora pega a palavra "cartão de memória" e troca por "filme fotográfico".
Só pra contextualizar com o produto que comprei, mas pra todo mundo entender o que passei HOJE. SIGO AGUARDANDO UM PARECER DA FOTO ÓTICA RELOJOARIA PAULISTANA SOBRE MEU FILME E MINHAS FOTOS!

O dono da loja me ligou. Disponibilizou um filme sem custo e independente de encontrarem ou não o meu filme. Eu preferi aguardar. Nessa segunda feira, o atendente me ligou com uma boa notícia. ENCONTRARAM MINHAS FOTOS! Muito feliz por isso. Não fiz questão do filme sem custo e paguei normalmente pelo serviço. Agora tranquila, por tentarem diminuir minha perda quando possível e reconhecerem o engano .... todos sabemos o quanto uma lembrança bem guardada não tem preço. Deixo aqui uma delas e agradeço!

Imagine you buy a memory card to have space to take your photos and when you take it to the technical store to make the backup they return you another card and still say it is empty by factory defect!
Then you explain that your card is not the one, that yours was full of photos and that you bought it exactly at that store. The clerk is suspicious of you and says he doesn't sell that model in the store. Do you laugh or cry ??
I realized it was another card and claimed that I have proof of purchase of mine and that I wanted my photos and my card! The clerk said he will try to find it, but it is not his fault if he does not resolve it. Ah, he asked to see the proof of purchase (just to make sure I'm not lying ...). At these times, we breathe very deeply !!! I said I had and I have!
I even took the packaging of the product that I luckily kept, for him to see that it was not the same model that he showed me. I said that at least if they don't find it, I want a new card! And that is not a favor, it is the minimum !!! See ... I paid dearly for the product and I will still be without my photos!
Now take the word "memory card" and change it to "photographic film".
Just to contextualize with the product I bought, but for everyone to understand what I went through TODAY. I AM WAITING FOR AN OPINION OF THE OPTICAL PHOTO RELOJOARIA PAULISTANA ABOUT MY FILM AND MY PHOTOS!

The store owner called me. It made a film available free of charge and regardless of whether or not they found my film. I preferred to wait. That Monday, the attendant called me with good news. FIND MY PHOTOS! Very happy for that. I did not insist on the film without cost and paid normally for the service. Now calm, for trying to diminish my loss when possible and acknowledge the mistake .... we all know how much a well-kept memory is priceless. I leave one here and thank you!
