★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz musculação, natação e boxe no lugar. Em relação a musculação é relativamente boa, tem muitos aparelhos e bastante espaço o único problema que eu vi são os instrutores que cuidam de lá que a maior parte do tempo estão no celular e olhando para mulheres.
Natação é excelente!! Professores realmente estão ali para te ensinar e se preocupam contigo, vestiário bom com chuveiro para depois de nadar tomar um banho caso queira.
Boxe lá é realmente bom. Fiz durante um tempo e o professor ensina bem, te cativa e incentiva.
Bom lugar e recomendo, mas em relação a musculação prefiro em outro lugar!!
I've done weight training, swimming and boxing in the place. Regarding bodybuilding, it's relatively good, there are lots of equipment and plenty of space, the only problem I saw are the instructors who take care of it most of the time they're on their cell phones and looking at women.
Swimming is excellent!! Teachers are really there to teach you and care about you, nice locker room with shower for after swimming take a shower if you want.
Boxing there is really good. I did it for a while and the teacher teaches you well, captivates you and encourages you.
Good place and I recommend it, but in terms of bodybuilding I prefer somewhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A a academia é gigante e tem variadas opções de aulas de ginástica e equipamentos para musculação por um valor acessível. Eu, por exemplo, detesto musculação, mas as aulas coletivas de HIIT, funcional, abdominal e spinning valem o investimento!
Ah, e detalhe: há opções de planos com natação e boxe para quem gosta.
The gym is huge and has a wide range of fitness classes and weight training equipment for an affordable price. I, for example, hate weight training, but the collective HIIT, functional, abdominal and spinning classes are worth the investment!
Oh, and a detail: there are options for plans with swimming and boxing for those who like it.

A limpeza é impecável. Durante a pandemia da Covid 19 todos as medidas de higiene e distanciamento são respeitadas.
Possui opções para todas as idades com equipe multifuncional. Os profissionais são excelentes!
Percebi que não tem muita rotatividade de alunos, normalmente os que já estavam ficam e quem vai chegando não sai também, não trocam de academia. É muito legal ver a minha evolução, e claro, a evolução dos outros também!
Tem atendido a todas as minhas expectativas e necessidades com sobra!
