Me senti extremamente ofendida, humilhada! Fui conhecer a academia, pois meu namorado treina la e tenho interesse em treina com ele de segunda, sexta e sabado, nos dias em que estou em Sertãozinho! No site da academia fala: SEMANA GRÁTIS, independente de onde o cliente mora, pois no cadastro não pergunta endereço! E quando cheguei na academia, já fui tratada com pouco caso quando disse que não era da cidade, com muito custo me deixaram fazer 1 aula experimental, quando terminei ao sair da academia, a recepcionista me chamou, e na frente de outros alunos disse em alto e bom Tom: hoje a aula foi grátis , Tá! Mas a próxima você tem que pagar a aula avulsa no valor de 20,00, como você não é da cidade você não tem o direito de fazer a semana grátis! E se vc quiser treinar os três dias da semana é 60,00 reais por semana ou você paga a mensal!
Bom, não fui para treinar 1 semana grátis, até porque onde eu moro tem muitas academias e inclusive eu treino lá de terça, quarta, e quinta, não preciso de aula grátis, fui apenas conhecer e negociar um valor diferenciado por eu treinar apenas 3 dias na semana. Fizeram total descaso! Nunca me senti tão ofendida, quanto me senti na FISICO E FORMA!
Mais cuidado ao tratar os clientes, pois são eles que manter essa MERDA aberta e que paga o salário de cada funcionário!

And when I arrived at the gym, I was treated with little case when I said that it was not from the city, at great cost they let me do an experimental class, when I finished leaving the gym, the receptionist called me, and in front of other students said in High and good Tom: today class was free, Tá! But the next you have to pay the tuition in the amount of 20.00, as you are not from the city you do not have the right to make the week free! And if you want to train the three days of the week is 60.00 reais per week or you pay the monthly!
Well, I did not go to train 1 week free, because where I live has many academies and I even train there on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I do not need a free lesson, I just went to meet and negotiate a different value because I only train 3 days a week. They totally disregarded it! I've never felt so offended how much I felt in PHYSICAL AND SHAPE!
More care when treating customers, as they are the ones who keep this SHIT open and who pays the salary of every employee!
