★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Lucimeire. Eu e minha mãe procuramos o serviço para realizarmos sessões de fisioterapia. Em primeiro lugar o telefone só chamava e ninguém atendia, tivemos que ir até o local para agendarmos. Chegando lá o local estava em reforma, a recepção mto pequena e o espaço interior estava sujo e com mta poeira, mas resolvemos dar uma chance porque eu estava com mta dor devido a cirurgia da coluna cervical que havia feito e disseram que a Dra Carla era excelente. No primeiro dia de fisio a dra Carla não me perguntou nada, eu que mostrei meus exames e falei o que havia feito, então ela colocou o aparelho de choquinho e me deixou lá por 15 min e foi atender os outros pacientes, detalhe ELA TRABALHA SOZINHA NA PARTE DA TARDE. Depois de 15 min o aparelho apitou e eu fiquei esperando por mais 10 min, e a mesma coisa com minha mãe. Bom achamos que como era a primeira vez ela ia começar devagar. A segunda, terceira e quarta vez a mesma coisa, foi quanfo perguntei para ela se a fisiotetapia era só isso, a mesma disse que não e que depois iria realizar outros procedimentos. Foi quando fez uma massagem no meu pescoço que senti mta dor, pois ela fez com mta força e acabou colocando o peso do seu corpo todo em cima do meu. Sai de lá e depois de umas 2 horas tive que correr para o hospital de tanta dor. Fizemos umas 5 sessões e não fomos mais. Pois o dia que eu e minha mãe não fomos ninguém ligou para saber o que tinha acontecido e tb teve um dia que cancelaram a fisio para colocação de piso e estou até hoje aguardando a reposição. O lugar é bem pequeno e as paredes e portas bem sujos, chão totalmente desgastado e os aparelhos todos velhos. Agora me diga como uma pessoa sozinha quer dar conta de 10 pacientes ao mesmo tempo??? Não gostamos do lugar e mto menos do atendimento. Não pago convênio para ser tratada como um pedaço de papel. Tb sou da área da saúde e trabalho em hospital público e com toda certeza os pacientes onde trabalho são bem mais assistidos do que na clinica de fisioterapia. Se querem reformar reformem antes de abrirem a clinica , e colocarem pacientes com dificuldades de se locomover em um local inadequado.
Não recomendo esse serviço para ninguém.
E as fisioterapias não resolveram nada.

My name is Lucimeire. My mother and I looked for the service to perform physiotherapy sessions. First, the phone just called and no one answered, we had to go to the place to schedule. Once there, the place was under renovation, the reception was very small and the interior space was dirty and with a lot of dust, but we decided to give it a try because I was in a lot of pain due to the cervical spine surgery I had done and they said that Dr. Carla was great. On the first physical day, Dr. Carla didn't ask me anything, I showed her my exams and told her what she had done, so she put on the shock device and left me there for 15 min and went to see the other patients, detail SHE WORKS ALONE IN THE AFTERNOON. After 15 min, the device beeped and I was waiting for another 10 min, and the same thing with my mother. Well we think that as it was the first time she was going to start slowly. The second, third and fourth time, the same thing, was when I asked her if physiotherapy was just that, she said no and that later she would perform other procedures. It was when she massaged my neck that I felt a lot of pain, because she did it with so much force and ended up putting the weight of her entire body on top of mine. I left there and after about 2 hours I had to run to the hospital in so much pain. We did about 5 sessions and we didn't go anymore. Because the day my mother and I were gone, nobody called to find out what had happened and there was also a day when they canceled the floor physio and I'm still waiting for the replacement. The place is very small and the walls and doors are very dirty, the floor is completely worn and the appliances are all old. Now tell me how a person alone wants to care for 10 patients at the same time ??? We don't like the place and much less the service. I don't pay an agreement to be treated like a piece of paper. I am also from the health and work area in a public hospital and certainly the patients where I work are much more assisted than in the physiotherapy clinic. If they want to renovate, reform before opening the clinic, and put patients with difficulties in getting around in an inappropriate place.
I don't recommend this service to anyone.
And physiotherapy did not solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma avaliação nessa clinica e fiquei decepcionada com o PÉSSIMO atendimento da Dra Carla P. Pimentel. Descaso total com o paciente, mal humor. Não deixava eu falar. E ainda ficou brava com p medico que não preencheu a guia completa. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM. Só passei raiva e humilhação.
I went to do an evaluation in that clinic and I was disappointed with the Lousy attendance of Dr. Carla P. Pimentel. Total neglect with the patient, bad mood. He wouldn't let me talk. And she was still angry with a doctor who did not complete the complete guide. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. I just went through anger and humiliation.
