★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!!! Apesar de administrarem um imóvel que tenho na Rua Bom Retiro, sequer consigo falar com as pessoas que lá trabalham com exceção da VANE. Liguei inúmeras vezes para a Lucinéia, ela não me atendeu no telefone e não responde e mails. Estou pasmo com a falta de atendimento e atenção, se fazem isso com quem paga pelos seus serviços imagino o que deixam de fazer comnos demais.
Terrible experience !!! Although I manage a property that I have in Rua Bom Retiro, I can not even talk to people who work there except VANE. I called Lucinéia countless times, she did not answer my phone and did not respond to emails. I am amazed at the lack of care and attention, if they do this with who pays for their services, I imagine what they do not do with us too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo! Paguei todas as parcelas de um acordo e mesmo mostrando todos os comprovantes de pagamento, uma tal de Ana inisite em dizer que o boleto está em aberto. Não querem dar baixa e nem me entregar o termo de quitação. Não respondem aos email que envio. Total descaso. Uma vergonha meu condomínio estraa nas mãos de tanta incompetência.
A trash! I paid all the installments of an agreement and even showing all the payment receipts, one Ana says that the bill is open. They don't want to write it off or give me the discharge. They do not respond to emails I send. Total neglect. A shame my condo is in the hands of so much incompetence.
