Piadina - Piadinatree.com
No início do século passado, na região da Romagna (Itália), a comida dos agricultores e dos caipiras pobres era a piadina. Ela ocupava o lugar do pão comum quando este acabava.
Mais tarde, nasceram típicas bancas de rua em praias e estradas turísticas onde a piadina era feita na hora de forma artesanal e recheada com salames típicos da região. Piadina (piè ou piada como é chamada na Itália) chegou até nossos dias, conservando o formato e a receita tradicional da massa mas com recheios novos e infinitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The piadinas are great, but the fries at this place are something out of this world! Recommend both the lemon pepper and the massala fries! The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is because when I went there they were installing a sign on the entrance, and the drilling sound was a bit annoying. Food and service wise, everything was excellent!
