★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Oficina! Não tomam cuidados devidos com os veículos dos clientes, demora no prazo de entrega e se o proprietário não tomar cuidado as peças do carro somem no interior da Oficina e eles não tem argumentos para a ocorrência dos fatos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você digitou o nome dessa oficina aqui no Google, aconselho-te fortemente a voltar por onde veio, a não ser que queira passar raiva, porque se quiser, aí é o lugar ideal pra sair com alguns cabelos brancos a mais.
Que o serviço de oficina de automóvel é um ramo difícil de encontrar alguma empresa que preste, todos nós sabemos, mas essa oficina, acredite, É A PIOR "oficina" que já vi em toda a minha vida! Para se ter ideia eu nunca consegui ver a cara do dono. Acredito fortemente que ele é um fantasma. Ele combinou de se encontrar duas vezes comigo e nunca apareceu. Na primeira vez que combinou, ele nem em Teresina estava, daí você tira o "apreço" que ele tem pelo cliente. O primeiro e único orçamento que fiz lá, o funcionário "orientado" sumiu, passou quase 24h para me dar um orçamento, que estava em desacordo com o que eu tinha pedido. O detalhe é que o funcionário não me retornou mais depois que eu o respondi. Como não consegui resolver com o funcionário, falei novamente com o dono e ele novamente combinou de me receber na oficina e fazer o orçamento do carro na minha frente. Nessa segunda vez que o dono combinou de se encontrar comigo, disse à mim que eu poderia chegar a qualquer hora, mas quando eu apareço lá na hora que eu podia, ele não estava e ainda me ligou cobrando que era pra eu ter deixado o carro lá que ele faria o orçamento, totalmente distoante do acordado por ele mesmo. Ainda me disse que não se resolve nada depois de 11h40 da manhã, sendo que cheguei 11h30 e ele já tinha saído.
O conselho que eu deixo ao dono é para ele ir atrás de outro ramo que não precise lidar com pessoas ou mesmo que ele estude para algum concurso público, porque a iniciativa privada não é pra ele.
Agora ter que ir 3x numa oficina para poder conseguir um orçamento correto, julgar o modus operandis da oficina concorrente e tratar o cliente com pedras na mão é inadimissível. O pior é ele dizer que queria me ajudar, sendo que foi a única coisa que não fez, pelo contrário!
E eu gosto de dar chances às pessoas, logo eu iria tentar uma terceira vez, apesar do preço exorbitante da gasolina e da falta de tempo disponível, ir à oficina. No entanto, o dono optou por me destratar na ligação que me fez e não teve nem a humildade de pedir desculpas pelos infortúnios que ele causou. Agora é mais fácil o inferno congelar do que eu passar na frente deste lugar ou sequer indicá-lo.
Então, amigos leitores, SE AFASTEM DESSA "OFICINA"!!! Porque se o próprio "dono" trata os clientes assim, imagine qual o comprometimento que eles tratarão os seus carros!!!

That the auto repair shop service is a difficult branch to find any company that provides it, we all know, but this shop, believe me, IS THE WORST "workshop" I've ever seen in my entire life! To give you an idea I never got to see the owner's face. I strongly believe he is a ghost. He arranged to meet me twice and never showed up. The first time he arranged, he wasn't even in Teresina, so you take away the "appreciation" he has for the client. The first and only quote I made there, the "oriented" employee disappeared, spent almost 24 hours to give me a quote, which was at odds with what I had asked for. The detail is that the employee didn't get back to me after I answered him. As I couldn't solve it with the employee, I spoke again with the owner and he again agreed to receive me at the workshop and budget the car in front of me. This second time the owner arranged to meet me, he told me that I could arrive at any time, but when I showed up there when I could, he wasn't there and even called me charging that I had to leave the car. there he would make the budget, totally different from what he had agreed upon. He also told me that nothing is resolved after 11:40 am, and I arrived at 11:30 am and he had already left.
The advice I give the owner is for him to go after another branch that doesn't have to deal with people or even if he studies for a public contest, because the private sector is not for him.
Now having to go to a repair shop 3 times in order to get a correct quote, judging the modus operandi of the competing repair shop and treating the customer with stones in hand is unacceptable. The worst thing is that he says he wanted to help me, and that was the only thing he didn't do, on the contrary!
And I like to give people chances, so I would try a third time, despite the exorbitant price of gas and the lack of time available, to go to the repair shop. However, the owner chose to mistreat me in the call he made and didn't even have the humility to apologize for the misfortunes he caused. Now it's easier for hell to freeze over than for me to walk past this place or even point it out.
So, dear readers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS "WORKSHOP"!!! Because if the "owner" himself treats customers like this, imagine what commitment they will treat their cars!!!
