★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fizemos um pedido que não tinha um valor muito simbólico e o garçom não fez nem questão de leva a cerveja imagino o prato de entrada. Sorte que depois de quase uma hora outro garçom foi perguntar se a gente já tinha sido atendido. Tentou contorna a situação porém, ficou sem clima. Dica, oriente os funcionários ter mais empatia, ser mais humildes e simpáticos. Desde da hora que vou em uma estabelecimento gosto de ser bem atendida, estou lá pra gera lucros e não pra pedir esmolas.
Terrible service. We placed an order that didn't have a very symbolic value and the waiter didn't even bother to take the beer, I imagine the starter. Luckily, after almost an hour, another waiter asked if we had already been served. He tried to get around the situation, however, he had no mood. Tip, guide employees to have more empathy, be more humble and friendly. From the moment I go to an establishment I like to be well attended, I'm there to generate profits and not to beg.
