★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente super simpática, mas quando cheguei em casa, grande foi a decepção, paguei 25.00 reais na Marmitex de carne no bafo, a carne era 80% gordura, só camada de gordura, bem pouca carne, a marmita estava vazia de arroz e feijão, deu exatamente 5 colheres de comida. Tive que comprar outra marmita ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na picanharia atendimento pela dona horrível, o rapaz passou um valor a dona veio lá de dentro falar que estava errado, porém foi super debochada com a gente e ignorante com o funcionário na nossa frente RIDÍCULO não volto nunca mais só trata bem o povo do swiss park, já havia ouvido falar do atendimento dela por outras pessoas NÃO RECOMENDO E NÃO VOLTO
I went to the picanharia service by the horrible owner, the guy gave a price, the owner came from inside to say that it was wrong, but she was super mocking with us and ignorant with the employee in front of us RIDICULOUS I will never come back, he just treats the people well swiss park, I had already heard about her service by other people I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE BACK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência , não gostei , pedi um Marmitex com carne , a carne estava horrível acho que nem cachorro comeria aquela carne , pura gordura e extremamente dura não recomendo a ninguém , si desse para eu dar zero estrela eu daria .
I had a terrible experience , I did not like it , I asked for a Marmitex with meat , the meat was horrible I don't even think a dog would eat that meat , pure fat and extremely tough I would not recommend it to anyone , if I gave it zero stars I would give it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ERA cliente!!! Era. Fiz um pedido pelo sistema on-line que já não estava funcionando corretamente, e você é OBRIGADO a escolher itens que não deseja. Até aí, ok! Entendo que essas configurações são complicadas mesmo… e é só ajustar! Estou falando com a Sra. Fabiana, proprietária, há mais de 40 min, pois meu pedido “saiu” as 20:30 e sao 21:10 e até agora nada de chegar… aí ela me liga e “culpa” o GPS que o entregador, que conforme ela conhece as ruas melhor que a palma de sua mão, não acha!!! Detalhe, estou a menos de 5 minutos do estabelecimento. Ela visivelmente nervosa quer vir “transferir” a responsabilidade por erros deles pra mim: cliente!!! Foi então que peço pra cancelar meu pedido e ela SIMPLESMENTE DESLIGA NA MINHA CARA. Desrespeito total com o cliente. Pode ter certeza que perdeu muito mais que um cliente. Perdeu respeito. Perdeu faturamento. Perdeu indicação. Perdeu!!! Horrível! Ultrajante!
I WAS a customer!!! It was. I placed an order through the online system that was no longer working correctly, and you are OBLIGED to choose items you don't want. Until then, ok!
