★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel nesta imobiliária e no dia 20/09/2021 recebi as chaves, mas ao chegar na casa tinha um inquilino ainda dentro, este mesmo inquilino informou que a casa tinha um vício oculto (mina água pelo piso quando chove e não fui informado de nada só re este problema). Até o momento não estou tendo suporte de ninguém e estou no prejuízo devido a ter que entregar a casa onde estou morando atualmente e está que comprei tem que ser feito reparo pois tenho família e filho pequeno, um absurdo. Não indico a ninguém está imobiliária.
 I bought a property at this real estate agency and on 20/09/2021 I received the keys, but when I arrived at the house there was a tenant still inside, this same tenant informed that the house had a hidden defect (it drains water on the floor when it rains and I was not informed you're welcome only re this problem). So far I'm not having anyone's support and I'm at a loss due to having to deliver the house I'm currently living in and I've bought it, repairs have to be done because I have a family and a small child, which is absurd. I don't tell anyone it's real estate.
