★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem vários modelos de vestidos e também para daminhas, o que deixa a desejar é a demora, quando estive lá tinha apenas duas pessoas atendendo uma lista enorme, e você sabe que a mulherada quer se sentir bem no vestido então é uma prova mais demorada ainda, aí fica aquela impaciência de quem quer ser atendido, melhorando isso poderia ter uma satisfação por parte dos clientes e aumentar a clientela pelo atendimento rápido.

Cheguei na loja com a minha mãe, não fomos orientadas a pegar senha, a moça da qual se identificou como Flavia disse que poderíamos pegar os vestidos que gostaríamos e ir sozinhas provar sem assistência de ninguém. Assim fizemos, quando uma vendedora disse que não poderíamos fazer isso sozinhas e que teríamos que voltar ao final da fila (já estávamos a 30min na loja) e pegar uma senha e aguardar. Realmente decepcionante !!!!!
Deixo como bônus a dica de um curso intensivo para as colaboradoras de um bom atendimento ao cliente !!!
Beautiful dresses, but terrible service! I arrived at the store with my mother, we were not instructed to get a password, the girl who identified herself as Flavia said that we could get the dresses we would like and go try it on alone without anyone's assistance. So we did, when a saleswoman said that we couldn't do it alone and that we would have to go back to the end of the line (we were already at the store for 30 minutes) and get a password and wait. Really disappointing!!!!!
I leave as a bonus the tip of an intensive course for the collaborators of a good customer service !!!

Party dress for rent in perfect condition, they always take off dresses at the bazaar and bring new pieces... the prices are good too. I highly recommend!!
