★ ★ ★ ★ ★ essas empresas pequenas como pig e predial net são muito ruins tive problemas com a predial net tive que colocar eles no procom por não prestar o serviço contratado da internet ganhei um dinheiro deles na época uns 6 mil reais e ainda cancelaram meu plano seu eu pagar multa pois tinha contratado no começo do ano e fiquei com o serviço durante 6 meses so entrei no procom ganhei e ainda tiveram q ressarcir os valores q paguei de mas o contrato e danos materiais pois eu trabalho em casa com home office a muito tempo antes msm da pandemia eu já trabalhava em home a muito tempo mas não aconselho ninguém a contratar essas empresas escolham as grandes e mais caro mas porem a dor de cabeça e bem menos erro acontecem serviço ficar fora ou dar algum problema mas não todo dia ou toda semana lamentável essas duas empresas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre instável, internet cai várias vezes do nada, não precisa estar chovendo, ventando etc...SEMPRE. Não passa da metade dos 100 mega que aqui pagamos.

Não me informaram que tinha que comprar um modem e simplismente cobraram um valor de 120,00 reais em um modem!
Sem o modem não instalam!
Não caiam nessa! Provavelmente não falam pelo o WhatsApp para não assustar o clientes.
Chegou na hora da instalação os técnicos e eu perdemos tempo! Ngm resolveu nada!
Mandei mensagem contando minha indignação, e o atendente só disse:* O senhor não vai querer?*
Atendentes 100% despreparados e um descaso enorme da empresa para com o cliente.
Não uso e NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!
