Wonderful, I went in search of relief from fibromyalgia pain, sciatica, emotional pain and found how to solve these pains and even more, I learned to have mental and emotional physical balance. Self knowledge and lots of love and acceptance. It's not just about exercising the body, the Pilates Atibaia team exercises the love of others. With this team, I'm redefining my life by living it fully, falling in love with each reunion with myself, transforming my body into poetry.
