Venho vivenciando uma melhora visível nas dores da cervical e da lombar. Fazia uso diário de relaxantes musculates e hoje, após menos de dois meses de pilates, raros são os dias que necessito deles. Muito feliz!!!
I can't express the benefits I got from Carla's pilates classes and chiropractic procedures at the Santa Rosa unit. I have been experiencing a visible improvement in cervical and lower back pain. I made daily use of relaxing musculates, and today, after less than two months of pilates, rare are the days I need them. Very happy!!!
