Indico muito o trabalho maravilhoso de todos os Fisioterapeutas do Pilates Harmony.

After going through several Physiotherapists and with treatments without results, I had the indication of a neighbor to look for Physiotherapist Adriana Ramos. So I did! I will say that it was the best investment in treatment of life. I indicate with my eyes closed and my column thanks you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com 2 hérnias de disco, o pilates seria minha última tentativa antes de procurar uma cirurgia. E lá se vão 3 anos sem nenhuma crise!!! Além de ser uma excelente profissional, dedicada e estudiosa, a Adriana ainda é uma pessoa de ótimo astral, divertida e do bem. Recomendo!
With 2 herniated discs, pilates would be my last attempt before looking for surgery. And there goes 3 years without any crisis !!! In addition to being an excellent, dedicated and studious professional, Adriana is still a person of great spirits, fun and good. I recommend!

Eu já tinha passado por outros Fisioterapeutas no recreio mais baratos, de principio achei o preço um pouco alto, mas depois foi entendendo o diferencial das Fisioterapeutas e com 7 sessões, de Fisioterapia estava sem dor algum na coluna e nos joelhos!!! Saí da Fisioterapia e fui para o Pilates e claro que mulher não quer ficar bonita? Lá fui eu para Estética ❤❤❤ Parabéns meus Anjos ❤???

I had already gone through other Physiotherapists in the cheaper recess, at first I thought the price was a little high, but then I started to understand the difference of Physiotherapists and with 7 sessions of Physiotherapy I had no pain in my spine and knees!!! I left Physiotherapy and went to Pilates and of course women don't want to look pretty? There I went to Aesthetics ❤❤❤ Congratulations my Angels ❤???
