E o tempo que permaneci foi essencial para a minha saúde e qualidade de vida, ??sai uma vez porque não consegui conciliar trabalho, faculdade, casa, família e o pilates, mas um tempo depois eu voltei.

And the time I stayed was essential for my health and quality of life, ?? I left once because I couldn't balance work, college, home, family and Pilates, but a while later I came back.
