É justo registrar, no meu caso, extraordinária melhora dos efeitos de hérnia de disco, em três meses de apropriados exercícios físicos.
Este depoimento estaria incompleto, não fizesse menção à competência e dedicação da fisioterapeuta Tainah, a quem manifesto gratidão.

At the Pilates Institute, I found professionals trained in the defense of physical health, especially for the treatment of spinal problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do local, sempre limpo e com todos os cuidados de precauções que o momento atual exige. Recepcionistas atenciosas. Ótimos equipamentos, bem conservados, sala com boa climatização. O ponto alto são os profissionais. Todos fisioterapeutas, com muito conhecimento do que fazem e interessados no melhor desempenho possível dos clientes. Recomendo demais.
I really like the place, always clean and with all the precautions that the current moment requires. Helpful receptionists. Great equipment, well maintained, room with good air conditioning. The high point is the professionals. All physiotherapists, very knowledgeable about what they do and interested in the best possible performance for their clients. Highly recommend.
