Mas no Pilates me sinto bem fazendo os exercícios e eles aliviam as dores que sinto pelo corpo. Fora que a Maena é muito atenciosa e preocupada com os alunos e isso faz toda a diferença! Recomendo muito ?
I really enjoyed the experience of doing pilates. I'm not really into sports in general and I've always had difficulty seeing results in bodybuilding. But in Pilates I feel good doing the exercises and they alleviate the pain I feel in my body. Besides, Maena is very attentive and concerned about the students and that makes all the difference! I highly recommend ?
