★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou suspeito para falar do trabalho desenvolvido pela Rahellen porque pude atestar a sua competência.
Eu convivia com uma crise aguda de hérnia de disco, duas aliás. E juntamente com as hérnias tinha outra doença na coluna chamada bico de papagaio. Eu mal conseguia sair da cama por sentir tanta dor em qualquer mínimo movimento. Não conseguia simplesmente sentar, levantar, deitar, andar, não conseguia realizar absolutamente nada sem a ajuda dos meus familiares. Fiquei acamado em casa por cerca de duas semanas, perdi completamente a qualidade de vida.
Mas graças a Deus encontrei uma profissional competente em fisioterapia e que me devolveu tudo o que a doença tinha me tirado. Me devolveu saúde e bem estar para poder voltar a fazer as coisas básicas do dia a dia sem a ajuda dos outros, inclusive logo podendo retornar ao meu trabalho.
A Rahellen me atendeu principalmente com o Pilates (voltado ao problema na coluna) e também com sessões de fisioterapia. Foi o melhor tratamento possível, em menos de um mês fiquei sem dor e pude voltar a minha rotina.
Só tenho a agradecê-la e recomendá-la a quem estiver procurando uma profissional que realmente atenda as suas expectativas.
I am suspicious about the work developed by Rahellen because I was able to attest to its competence.
I lived with an acute herniated disc crisis, two in fact. And along with the hernias he had another spinal disease called the parrot's beak. I could barely get out of bed because I felt so much pain at the slightest movement. I couldn't just sit, get up, lie down, walk, I couldn't do anything without the help of my family. I was bedridden at home for about two weeks, I completely lost the quality of life.
But thank God I found a competent professional in physiotherapy who gave me back everything that the disease had taken away from me. It gave me health and well-being so I could go back to doing the basic things of everyday life without the help of others, including being able to return to my work soon.
Rahellen attended me mainly with Pilates (focused on the spine problem) and also with physiotherapy sessions. It was the best treatment possible, in less than a month I was pain free and was able to get back to my routine.
I just have to thank her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional who truly meets their expectations.
