★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido ontem pelo Ifood e demorou 2 horas e 4 minutos para o lanche chegar em minha residência. Entrei em contato com o estabelecimento por diversas vezes e a unica resposta que obtive foi: "estamos com problemas de entrega" sendo que o lanche saiu 1:30h depois do pedido realizado (Prazo estipulado pelo restaurante junto ao Ifood 50 minutos). Para minha surpresa ao receber o lanche notei que o mesmo estava frio, alguns itens cru como bacon e hambúrguer, a salada passada com aspecto de estragada. Gostaria que tivessem mais respeito com seus clientes e tomassem mais cuidado pois alimento não deve ser manipulado desta forma.
I placed an order yesterday for Ifood and it took 2 hours and 4 minutes for the snack to arrive at my residence. I contacted the establishment several times and the only answer I got was: "we are having delivery problems" and the snack left 1: 30h after the order was placed (Deadline stipulated by the restaurant next to Ifood 50 minutes). To my surprise when receiving the snack I noticed that it was cold, some raw items like bacon and hamburger, the last salad with a spoiled aspect. I would like them to have more respect with their customers and be more careful as food should not be handled in this way.
