Mas o atendimento dado pelo whats App deixa a desejar, e existe uma falta de educação nas resposta, creio que não é esse o atendimento que eu conheço da parte dele . Independente de ter mais clientes deveriam ter mais empatia, e principalmente cordialidade. Cada empresa atende seu cliente como achar que deve.
Mas se querem atender pelo whats app, esse meio deixa a desejar.

Fiz orçamento pelo WhatsApp numa sexta feira, a pessoa que falou comigo foi muito bem educada. E quando fui retirar o proprietário e os funcionários dele me atenderam muito bem, me aconselharam como colocar as cadeiras e as mesas no meu carro.
Atendimento ótimo.
Funcionários excelentes e bem educados.
Lugar limpo e organizado.
Estacionamento muito bom.
Material em perfeito estado.
Pode ter certeza que irei alugar mais vezes.

I made a budget through WhatsApp on a Friday, the person who spoke to me was very polite. And when I went to remove the owner and his employees took care of me very well, they advised me how to put the chairs and tables in my car.
Great service.
Excellent and well educated staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Alugamos cadeiras , mesas e talheres pro natal. As mesas vieram imundas ate com chiclete colado. As toalhas TODAS manchadas nem usei. Os talheres ate isso conseguiram mandar horrivel. Tinha umas manchas nas colheres que nao saiam. NAO RECOMENDO.
Terrible. We rent chairs, tables and cutlery for Christmas. The tables came filthy even with sticky gum. The towels ALL stained or used. The cutlery even managed to send horrible. There were stains on the spoons that wouldn't come out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pois são muito oportunista, cobram frete 20,00 para pequena qtde de mesas e entrega nas proximidades deles 3 casa ao lado, e mesmo se vc for buscar eles querem te cobrar para ir retirar...muito oportunismo. e de um cadastro querem virar contrato para tentar multar...caso de policia..não tem idoneidade. Se tem o oportunismo de quererem cobrar, eu tenho o discernimento em não aceitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei alugar mesas e cadeiras para o ano novo... e fui orientada a retirar no dia 29/12 até as 18hs.
Devido a pandemia eles fecharam as 15hs e SE eu não mando msg, eles não iriam me informar. Não consegui chegar a tempo para buscar, e quando reclamei ainda me mandaram que eles me avisaram as 10:39 do DIA DA RETIRADA.
Ou seja, vou ficar sem o que preciso para o ano novo. Não recomendo, falta de organização, poderiam ter avisado antes todos os clientes, mas deixaram pra avisar no dia, sendo que eu que fui atras de informação.

Due to the pandemic they closed at 3pm and IF I do not send a message, they would not inform me. I couldn't get there in time to pick it up, and when I complained, they still sent me that they told me at 10:39 am THE DAY OF RETREAT.

Tentei alugar eles mudaram os preço mesmo mostrando a propaganda deles dentro da validade eles não cumpriram. Alegando desatualização do site

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de fazer uma cotação, eles são bem grosso no atendimento. Além de que eu falei o que preciso, na quantidade e data...depois e passar valor e tudo eles falam que não tem a quantidade disponível... que é o principal. Muito ruim o atendimento.
I just got a quote, they are pretty thick in customer service. In addition to that, I said what I need, in terms of quantity and date... then I pass the value and everything, they say they don't have the quantity available... which is the main thing. Very bad service.
