Sobre as avaliaçoes quem realmente tem q avaliar sao os moradores que vivem proximo. ao redor da pinacoteca. A construaçao ainda inacabada, problemas hidraulicos , que vem prejudicando vizinhos, com agua escorrendo sobre as casas. Mas esperamos resolver essas questoes, o mas breVe possivel. estamos aqui pra unir forças.
The idea of the Cultural Center is good. Excellent. I congratulate Mr. Anderson for this initiative. About the assessments, who really have to assess are the residents who live nearby. around the art gallery. The construction is still unfinished, hydraulic problems, which have been harming neighbors, with water running down on the houses. But we hope to resolve these issues as soon as possible. we are here to join forces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá boa tarde sou morador da Rua irmã Dulce a anos gostaria de saber do Sr Anderson qual a finalidade na real deste projeto aqui no bairro tanquedo Neves .já chamei o mesmo citado a cima por conta de um cano instalado no telhado da (Pinacoteca) que vem nos prejudicando muito e não tenho obtido o resultados esperado . A água tem descido por várias casas. Sabemos q não e fácil manter um centro. Mas também não podemos prejudicar pessoas. Estou na esperança da solução do problema.
