I'm from Campos do Jordão and I had my daughter's birthday in Piracuama, I contacted Bianca two days before the party and asked her if she could make me the personalized balloon for the party and she promptly answered. On the day and time she arranged the delivery, the balloon arrived in our hands and we were very happy and satisfied with her work.
