★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos compra de duas árvores porte grandes, árvores para muros e gramas. No ato da venda foi informado com TODAS as palavras que a equipe viria FAZER A INSTALAÇÃO e o preparo do solo. Eu não solicitei esse serviço, foi ofertado a mim e eu acreditei. Quando vieram entregar, o funcionário foi muito simpático, mas disse que não tem esse serviço e que não é a primeira vez que a vendedora diz isso ao cliente. Agora estou aqui com 10mts de grama, não tenho conhecimento algum para instalar, hoje é sábado e não tem jardineiro disponível. É possível ainda que elas acabem morrendo.
Isso é uma tremenda falta de respeito e profissionalismo!! Se tivessem me avisado, eu teria combinado o serviço a parte! Parece simples, mas para quem não está acostumado, não é! Além de que isso é enganar o consumidor. A vendedora agiu de má fé para ganhar venda. Mas não se preocupe, pois se depender mim eu nunca mais compro nada e faço questão de divulgar aos meus conhecidos.

This is a tremendous lack of respect and professionalism!! If they had warned me, I would have arranged the service separately! It sounds simple, but for those who are not used to it, it is not! Besides, this is deceiving the consumer. The seller acted in bad faith to win the sale. But don't worry, if it's up to me I'll never buy anything again and I insist on sharing it with my acquaintances.

I got a Sicilian lemon tree from a friend, and she said it was so well attended, that I bought a boa constrictor and a raffia from them... what a sensational service! Seriously, Jonas and the girls are amazing, they answered all questions, taught how to care for and cultivate... wonderful! Amazing price and service!
