★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi desagradavel, fui aí por indicação, nos programamos para uma noite com nossa caçula e nossos amigos que chegarão depois de nós e sentaram em outro mesa foram atendidos primeiro que nós além de outra mesa tb que chegou depois de nós foi atendida primeiro.
O açaí que pedimos pela demora já chegou derretendo, líquido, por isso a vontade passou e não conseguimos comer direito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fiz um pedido as 19:02 e o atendente me informou que o prazo de entrega era 40 minutos, as 20:00 liguei para saber da entrega e fui informado que o açai já estava com o motoboy, as 20:20 ainda não havia sido entregue, liguei novamente e foi um jogando a ligação para o outro, não queriam me atender, e a única informação foi que estava com o motoboy, as 20:30 o motoboy chegou com o açai todo derretido e achou ruim por eu não aceitar o pedido...
Resumindo, uma falta de respeito ao cliente, literalmente uma bagunça !!!
Os produtos são excelentes, mas não indico a ninguém por não respeitarem os clientes !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 1 açaí de 500g , perguntei especificamente se podia colocar 3 camadas de complemento inclusive no final e mais complemento eles falaram que fariam, veio meu acai com praticamente nada de complemento , Leite em pó no final então zero. Tanto que comi um pouco no início dei 2 coleradas cheia só de açaí para meu noivo, comi mais um pouquinho do meio e deixei todo o resto para meu noivo que foi mais da metade do açaí. Acho isso uma falta de respeito com o cliente , se é a forma deles de prepararem avisa o cliente pq dai o cliente escolhe se quer pagar por aquele produto. Nunca mais eu peço nesse lugar e a ironia é que os donos são nossos conhecido .
I ordered 1 500g açaí, I asked specifically if I could put 3 layers of complement even at the end and more complement they said they would do, my acai came with practically nothing of complement, Powdered milk at the end then zero. So much so that I ate a little at the beginning I gave 2 chunks full only of açaí for my fiancé, I ate a little more of the middle and I left everything else for my fiancé that was more than half of the açaí. I think this is a lack of respect with the customer, if it is their way of preparing, warn the customer because the customer chooses if he wants to pay for that product. I never ask in this place again and the irony is that the owners are known to us.
