The service leaves something to be desired. Too frowning staff. As for the snack I really liked it and the space for children is a differential. But employees need to be recycled to be more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial deixa a desejar. Já o atendimento por telefone é bom. É preciso mais treinamento com o pessoal que atende no local. Os donos são pessoas ótimas. A maior parte dos lanches são bons. Só não curto muito as tapiocas, pois a massa fica pesada.
The face-to-face service leaves something to be desired. Telephone service is good. More training is needed with the personnel who serve on site. Owners are great people. Most snacks are good. I just don't like tapioca very much, because the dough gets heavy.

Quase uma hora só pra sair a batatinha , minha coca descongelou . E o dono só dizia que estava perto de sair e estava no fogo . Acho que o fogo ou tá com problema ou o cozinheiro que tá devagar ! Veja aí senhor dono ! Blz fora isso o resto é bom ! Veja a demora der uma melhorada aí !

Look! The service is great, they arrive quickly at you! But the dish we ask for only God in the cause! I think the owner should see this! Yesterday it was time to give up fried potatoes!
Almost an hour just to go out for the potato, my coca thawed. And the owner just said he was close to leaving and was on fire. I think the fire is either in trouble or the cook is slow! See there sir owner! Blz out of it the rest is good! See the delay improve there!
